Meet the Board Member: Vicki Cormier

Meet Vicki Cormier of North Shore Bank.

As a Branch Manager, I am responsible for the overall management of North Shore Bank’s West Peabody branch.  This includes delivering exceptional customer service to all customers as well as coaching and leading branch staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
  
Why is NSB a member of the PACC?  
Peabody has been our home since 1888. So, it goes without saying that it means a lot to us. One focus of North Shore Bank is to invest in local organizations and initiatives that contribute to the strength and vitality of the communities we serve. The Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce has been doing exactly that for over 90-years – and as one of their first business members we’ve been there to assist them in their mission along the way.  Through financial support, staff involvement, and sharing of other resources, we’re committed to economic opportunity, financial self-sufficiency, and an educated and able workforce throughout the cities that PACC represent.
 

I had the opportunity last year to attend some chamber events and also serve on a committee.  By doing so, I learned that the chamber is dedicated to empowering businesses to succeed while enriching the community.  This made me want to become more involved and be part of this organization especially because I live and work in Peabody and have been part of this community for over 25 years. 
  I like to golf and LOVE the beach.  Hampton Beach is my “Happy Place”.
