Liz Sacco, CEO, Diabetic Dabs, Middleton MA
Dabs® are a disposable, inexpensive, convenient, breakthrough for blood glucose testing. The inspiration came from being a mother of a child living with diabetes and instilling a healthy habit into his testing routine. When her child tested his blood, he would wipe the excess blood from his finger on his clothes or the inside of his case. Diabetic Dabs solves this problem and brings value to all those who live with diabetes.

About the Young Entrepreneurs Academy
The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) is a 30-week after-school program that teaches middle and high school students how to open their own business. During the program students brainstorm business ideas, write business plans, pitch those plans to a panel of investors for real money. The CEO Roundtable is a signature event which allows YEA! students (11-18), to hear inspiring stories from local top CEOs. This event helps our budding entrepreneurs, “connect the dots” between local businesses and the executives who lead them.
