Join the Higgins PTO on Saturday, Dec 4th, from 10am - 3pm for our 18th annual Higgins Middle School Holiday Craft Fair!!! We will have 40+ vendors and crafters, some absolutely incredible raffles, a cookie walk, photo opportunities and more!!! We are really looking forward to this event, this year!!
