In partnership with the North Shore REALTORS® (NSR), Harborlight offers a MassHousing approved, First Time Homebuyer Course with a strong curriculum developed by NSR to provide participants a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process. The course is presented by industry experts including, REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, lawyers, credit counselors, and representatives from state agencies as well as an experienced Homebuyer Counselor for pre-and post- purchase counseling.
