Join Newhall Fields Community Farm's herbalist and perennial grower, Rebecca Ingalls, for a foray into the herb garden and beyond where each participant will forage for and create a fabulous early summer salad from wild and cultivated greens. Learn to identify the nutrient-rich plants and how to harvest and use them for maximum nourishment and enjoyment. All ingredients and materials are supplied for attendees to enjoy their salad at the farm or to take home.
