"Making Negotiation Make Sense!"
Does the thought of negotiating make your stomach upset? After all of the arguing and haggling, is it usually unclear if you agreed to a good deal? What if negotiation was about maximizing value instead of winning, collaborating instead of fighting, and meeting needs instead of haggling? Well, it is. Seasoned negotiation trainer, mediator, and career coach Tad Mayer will help make negotiation make sense. He will give an overview of the different styles of negotiation, how to get the most for everyone through negotiating, and how to understand when to make a deal and when to walk away.
